All authorized ticketing sources have access to the same availability of seating.

In Person:

The Paramount Theatre box office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm. In the evening and on weekends, the box office opens 90 minutes prior to showtime for sales to that day's event. The Paramount Theatre box office is located on the corner of 9th Avenue and Pine Street, on the west side of the theatre. For directions, click here.

Please Note: Moore Box Office Is No Longer Open For Advance Daytime Ticket Sales

After Friday, March 20, 2009, The Moore Theatre Box Office will no longer be open during regular business hours. Tickets for most performances at The Moore Theatre may be purchased 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the ticketing kiosk, located on the corner of 2nd and Virginia. Tickets are also available at STGPresents.org or at the Paramount Theatre Box Office at 9th and Pine - open Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm.  

The Moore Theatre Box Office will continue to open one hour prior to all Moore Theatre performances for Will Call and ticket sales. The Moore Theatre box office is located on the corner of Second Avenue and Virginia Street, on the west side of the theatre. For directions, click here.

The box offices accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Checks are not accepted. Please remember to check your tickets before leaving the window as all sales are final - tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.

For special extended hours during Broadway at The Paramount or Off Broadway at The Moore performances, or for holiday hours, please call the recorded information line at 206.682.1414.

Ticketing Kiosks:

There are also ticketing kiosks located directly outside the main doors of both The Paramount and Moore Theatres. You can use these ticketing kiosks to purchase and print tickets for events that are on sale through our ticketing partner, Tickets.com. The kiosks are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but please note that box office staff are only on hand to answer any questions during box office hours of operation.

A per ticket facility fee is charged for Paramount Theatre and Moore Theatre events. Fees vary based upon each event. No other fees apply when purchasing tickets in person at the box office or at the ticketing kiosks.

Some Broadway engagements and a handful of other shows that originally went on sale through Ticketmaster will remain on their system and will not be available for purchase at the kiosks. Please call 206-292-ARTS.

When ordering online, be sure to get your confirmation number, and if possible, print out a copy of your order.
